RETURN POLICY<\/b>
\nSIGNARE DESIGN S.A. DE C.V.<\/b><\/p>

In compliance with data protection regulations, the Owner is identified as SIGNARE DESIGN S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter referred to as \"BREVO DESIGN\", with its address in El Salvador.<\/span><\/p>

At BREVO DESIGN<\/b>, we are dedicated to providing high-quality technological services that meet our customers' expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you have received, we offer a fair and clear return policy.<\/p>

We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time, and changes will be effective from the moment they are published on our website.<\/span><\/p>

1.- Conditions for Requesting a Return:<\/b><\/p>

To process a return, the Client must consider the following aspects:<\/p>

  1. Deadline for Requesting:<\/b> Returns must be requested within 30 days following the delivery of the service. After this period, return requests will not be accepted.<\/li>
  2. Reasons for Return<\/b>: <\/span>BREVO DESIGN<\/b> only accepts returns for the following reasons\u00a0<\/span>
    1. The service was not performed as stipulated in the contract;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. There were significant errors in the execution of the service; or\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    3. The service was unsatisfactory due to faults attributable to BREVO DESIGN.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

      2.- Procedure for Submitting a Return Request:<\/b><\/p>

      Regarding the Return Request process, once the mentioned criteria are met, the client can proceed with the request by following these steps:<\/span><\/p>

      1. Initial Contact:<\/b> Send an email to atencion@brevo-design.com, including your name, contract or invoice number, and a detailed description of the problem.<\/li>
      2. Internal Evaluation:<\/b> BREVO DESIGN will review the request and contact the client within (number) business days to analyze the situation.<\/li>
      3. Proposed Solution:<\/b>: Depending on the problem, <\/span>BREVO DESIGN<\/b> may offer:<\/span>
        1. To redo the service at no additional cost.<\/span><\/li>
        2. A partial or full refund of the service cost.<\/span><\/li>
        3. A credit for future services.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

          3.- Limitations:<\/b><\/p>

          By establishing limitations for service return requests, BREVO DESIGN<\/b> prevents abuse and fraud, ensuring financial and operational sustainability. This also helps manage customer expectations appropriately and comply with legal regulations. These restrictions help maintain high-quality standards, optimize resources, and ensure clear and transparent communication, benefiting both the company and the clients. Therefore, the limitations for Return Requests are as follows:<\/p>

          1. Completed Services:<\/b> Returns for completed and delivered services will not be accepted, except in cases of errors or justified dissatisfaction, which will be evaluated by the BREVO DESIGN<\/b> team.<\/li>
          2. Ongoing Services:<\/b> If the Client wishes to cancel a service in progress, they must contact BREVO DESIGN as soon as possible by sending an email to atencion@brevo-design.com. (Returns in these cases will be considered on an individual basis.)<\/li>
          3. Cancellation Policy:<\/b> For scheduled service cancellations:<\/span>
            1. Cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the scheduled service date.<\/span><\/li>
            2. The refund will depend on the date the cancellation is requested, as follows:<\/span>
              1. Cancellations 20 days in advance: Full refund.<\/span><\/li>
              2. Cancellations within 15 days before the service: Partial refund. It will be calculated depending on the acquired service and the progress percentage.<\/span><\/li>
              3. Same-day cancellations: No refund will be made.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
              4. Cancellation Process:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
                1. Send an email to atencion@brevo-design.com or call with your name, contract number, and service date, and you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation and details about the applicable refund.<\/li>
                2. Exceptions: Exceptional cases can be considered individually, and different terms may apply.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                  4.- Refund Time:<\/b><\/p>

                  Once approved, refunds will be made within 10 business days using the same payment method used in the original transaction.<\/span><\/p>
