RETURN POLICY

In compliance with data protection regulations, the Owner is identified as SIGNARE DESIGN S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter referred to as "BREVO DESIGN", with its address in El Salvador.

At BREVO DESIGN, we are dedicated to providing high-quality technological services that meet our customers' expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you have received, we offer a fair and clear return policy.

We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time, and changes will be effective from the moment they are published on our website.

1.- Conditions for Requesting a Return:

To process a return, the Client must consider the following aspects:

  1. Deadline for Requesting: Returns must be requested within 30 days following the delivery of the service. After this period, return requests will not be accepted.
  2. Reasons for Return: BREVO DESIGN only accepts returns for the following reasons 
    1. The service was not performed as stipulated in the contract; 
    2. There were significant errors in the execution of the service; or 
    3. The service was unsatisfactory due to faults attributable to BREVO DESIGN.

2.- Procedure for Submitting a Return Request:

Regarding the Return Request process, once the mentioned criteria are met, the client can proceed with the request by following these steps:

  1. Initial Contact: Send an email to atencion@brevo-design.com, including your name, contract or invoice number, and a detailed description of the problem.
  2. Internal Evaluation: BREVO DESIGN will review the request and contact the client within (number) business days to analyze the situation.
  3. Proposed Solution:: Depending on the problem, BREVO DESIGN may offer:
    1. To redo the service at no additional cost.
    2. A partial or full refund of the service cost.
    3. A credit for future services.

3.- Limitations:

By establishing limitations for service return requests, BREVO DESIGN prevents abuse and fraud, ensuring financial and operational sustainability. This also helps manage customer expectations appropriately and comply with legal regulations. These restrictions help maintain high-quality standards, optimize resources, and ensure clear and transparent communication, benefiting both the company and the clients. Therefore, the limitations for Return Requests are as follows:

  1. Completed Services: Returns for completed and delivered services will not be accepted, except in cases of errors or justified dissatisfaction, which will be evaluated by the BREVO DESIGN team.
  2. Ongoing Services: If the Client wishes to cancel a service in progress, they must contact BREVO DESIGN as soon as possible by sending an email to atencion@brevo-design.com. (Returns in these cases will be considered on an individual basis.)
  3. Cancellation Policy: For scheduled service cancellations:
    1. Cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the scheduled service date.
    2. The refund will depend on the date the cancellation is requested, as follows:
      1. Cancellations 20 days in advance: Full refund.
      2. Cancellations within 15 days before the service: Partial refund. It will be calculated depending on the acquired service and the progress percentage.
      3. Same-day cancellations: No refund will be made.
    3. Cancellation Process:  
      1. Send an email to atencion@brevo-design.com or call with your name, contract number, and service date, and you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation and details about the applicable refund.
      2. Exceptions: Exceptional cases can be considered individually, and different terms may apply.

4.- Refund Time:

Once approved, refunds will be made within 10 business days using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
